Pre-Mobilisation Document Register
Everything SBR requires before we mobilise · SOW 23092-SOW-024rD · Contract SBS10627
No Project Execution Plan = no mobilisation = no mobilisation claim ($76,510.72).
The PEP has 7 parts; 2 already exist and need updating, 5 don't exist yet.
The CRAW is the long pole — it is a workshop SBR must attend and approve, not a document we can write.
Target: Friday 24 July 2026.

Book the CRAW now. SOW 7.6 requires a Construction Risk Assessment Workshop pre-mobilisation,
SBR must be invited, and SBR must review and approve the controls before we mobilise.
That is a client approval loop with a lead time — it cannot be created on 24 July.
It also feeds the PEP risk register (item 6), so it blocks that too.

Not pre-mobilisation, but don't lose it: the Manufacturers Data Report (SOW 4.6.3) is due to SBR
within two weeks of Completion — CoCs, AS/NZS 4130 certificates, material traceability, weld registers
and weld mapping. It is built during the job, not at the end. If the weld records aren't captured as we go,
it cannot be assembled.
Separately, the progress claim has its own gates under contract clause 26.5 — bank guarantees lodged,
statutory declaration, insurances current, Work Plan updated — or the claim is invalid.
